📦 DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery Areas & Methods

  • We deliver across Ghana. International shipping is available upon request—please contact us for details.
  • Delivery is made via Speedaf, DHL, EMS,ETC.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3 business days from order confirmation.
  • Express Delivery: Available for an additional fee (delivered within 1 business days).
  • Custom/Personalized Orders: May take 2 extra days.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
  • Free Delivery: Available for orders over GHS 10,000].

4. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information (if applicable).

5. Delivery Issues

  • If you do not receive your order within the estimated time, please contact us immediately.
  • For wrong or incomplete orders, notify us within 24/48 hours of delivery for resolution.

6. Risk of Loss

  • Once your order is dispatched, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival.

🔄 RETURN POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:
    • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (including tags and labels).
    • You provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).

2. How to Return

  • Return Authorization: We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return address.
  • Ship Back: Return the item at your own cost (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Exchanges: Subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
